“ We've loved being so close to so many wonderful parks, and being able to walk everywhere - into town or to Temple Meads or to the end of the road to grab some freshly baked bread. Our home is just really comfortable, with more than enough space for us, our two kids, dog, and two cats! We've especially loved maturing the south-west facing garden, and making jams from the fruit trees. We'll be sad to leave! “
The home
A beautifully extended five bedroom house with a great sized garden a short walk from Victoria Park. Downstairs there is a living room to the front with insulated stripped wood floors that run through the downstairs of the house. The rear of the house is home to an open plan kitchen/dining room with a pantry area and doors to the rear garden. The first floor has two double bedrooms and a single bedroom and the loft has recently been converted to two further bedrooms and a modern shower room”
The outside
The large rear garden has a patio for dining, a lawn and an abundance of mature shrubs and fruit trees. There is also rear access and the option to park a car if needed.
