"Situated in a prime position within the neighbourhood, this has been much more than a house to me. It’s a peaceful haven, a creative retreat and a place where friends, family and neighbours have always felt welcome. The lovely sunny garden, in particular, has been my sanctuary – a quiet and private space to unwind, catching the last of the sun, often with a glass of wine at the end of the day. It’s a been a brilliant street to live on, with wonderful neighbours, and is a home full of character, warmth and happy memories, I hope its next owners will love it as much as I have.”
The home
A beautiful period home on Greville Road in Southville where the owner has kept many of the original features in the house. Downstairs is an open plan living room/dining room with a large bay window, log burner, high ceilings and period doors onto the garden. The kitchen is at the rear of the house, again with a lovely sunny window and this leads to a 2ndreception room/dining area with glass doors to the garden. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the family bathroom.
The outside
The sunny rear garden is South East facing and has a lawn area, patio and plenty of shrubs and trees.
