The Accommodation, which is fully double glazed and heated, comprises Entrance opening into a fully fitted Kitchen with integrated Dishwasher, Oven and Hob with hood over and built in Microwave. (Washing Machine facilities also included within shared Landry room). Solid wood flooring through to carpeted Dining Area and in turn Sitting room that offer outlook and door to rear Court yard with views beyond.
