Henleaze House,
13 Harbury Road,Westbury-on-Trym
Bristol
BS9 4PN
"We love our home. It’s a very light filled house all year round with high ceilings makes it feel very spacious. While in the winter the lovely living room with an amazing wood burner makes it feel very warm and cosy. The back sitting room is our space in the summer as the doors open onto our garden which gets the sun all day. We love sitting on the decking the bottom of the garden in the morning for a coffee, then the patio in the evening which is great for sunset dining outside. Having lovely neighbours on both sides is also an absolute bonus. "
The home
A spacious and beautifully presented three bedroom mid terrace house on Wick Road. There is a reception room at the front of the house with wood burner, stripped wood floors and bay window. To the rear of the house is a second reception room with glass doors to the rear garden and a dining room leading the kitchen. Upstairs are three bedrooms and the family bathroom.
The outside
The rear garden is a great size for the area with a patio area for outside dining, a lawn and mature shrubs and trees.
