"There couldn’t be a more perfect location for a flat in Bristol. We have loved popping to Cotham Hill for coffee and pastries on weekends and enjoyed exceptional dinning options in the evenings. We often take a quiet evening stroll up to the Downs and a pint or two in some of Bristol’s finest watering holes (The Red Monkey, Alma Tavern and Open Arms, the list goes on…) We have loved returning home to this stylish, cosy space we have created."
The home
Exquisitely improved by the current owner down to the last inch with a firm eye on chic style and enduring practicality. The whole flat has been overhauled from the floor up to produce a living space of impeccably high standard with each room making a statement. The lounge has wonderful natural light filling the room due to the large South facing window. There's beautiful engineered oak flooring as well as a pretty fireplace and floating shelving. The kitchen is a showstopper, with loads of natural light due to the Velux window, beautiful terrazzo print tiled floor and laminate work surfaces. The bathroom has a bespoke concrete sink, VADO brushed bronze brassware and fixtures as well as Quorn Stone tiling. The bedrooms are light due to the flats elevated position and have cleverly designed storage options. There's a super handy loft space above the kitchen. A great couples flat in an always popular Cotham location.
