Low energy LED lighting is used throughout, along with USB sockets in all bedrooms. The interior doors are White Ash wood, and some walls have a decorative feature wall in "Espresso". A "Nature Wall" room divider in "Tobacco Halifax" oak separates the lounge from the dining area. The caravan is equipped with a condensing gas combi-boiler central heating and hot water system with radiator thermostats, ensuring year-round comfort. This superb unit also has bonded sandwich exterior walls for rigidity and insulated, a condensing gas combi boiler with thermostat and USB sockets are included in all bedrooms and Bluetooth audio connection to ceiling speakers is also available.
The lounge area is open-plan and designed for relaxation. It features a fixed L-shaped sofa with scatter cushions, which also includes a fold-out occasional bed for extra guests. A TV unit with storage and an overhead decorative shelf is provided, along with a Tobacco Halifax Oak coffee table. It is decorated with a feature wall in Espresso and Nature Wall room dividers. Expansive full-length front windows with sliding patio doors allowing natural light to flood the space, creating a bright environment. With the option for a bespoke wraparound deck allowing the advantage of bringing the outside in and giving a beautiful extra space in the spring and summer months.
The kitchen and dining area are equipped with Shaker-style kitchen doors in "Stone Grey" with 30mm "Tobacco Halifax" oak worktops, a glass-fronted oven, four-burner gas hob, externally vented cooker hood, and integrated microwave. Includes an integrated fridge/freezer and a white cast resin sink. The Dining area has a freestanding table, fixed bench seating with storage underneath, and three freestanding chairs with availability for 6 people.
Master Bedroom features a double bed (king-size in some specs) with a padded headboard in "Andes Ecru". Equipped with deep, luxurious Aurora Duvalay mattresses. Ample storage with a large shaker-style wardrobe, bedside cabinets, and dressing table/vanity area. Includes a TV point and an en-suite with a toilet and washbasin.
Twin Bedroom Contains two single beds with padded headboards, bedside cabinets, and wardrobe storage. Duvalay mattresses are included as standard.
Main Bathroom Features a shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower. A dual-flush toilet, washbasin, extractor fan, and LED vanity spotlights.
