The Application Process
There are two simple steps:
Step 1 – Financial Assessment
Contact Karbon’s partner, NHMH (The New Homes Group), who will carry out a financial assessment on behalf of Karbon Homes. This applies even if you do not require a mortgage. The assessment is done by telephone and you will need to provide the full property value, the share price, and the percentage being purchased (e.g. 50%).
Telephone: 01206 715415 - Please request your reference number and the advisor’s name once assessed.
Step 2 – Application Form
Complete the application form and return it by email to: kate.gunusen@karbonhomes.co.uk
Once both steps are complete and if there are no competing applications, Karbon will request a Memorandum of Sale from the estate agent. Where there are multiple applications, priority may be given to MOD employees or on a first-come, first-served basis.
