" We have lived in wonderful Brislington for over 6 years now and so can say with confidence that it is a truly special part of Bristol. With vibrant pubs, cafes and breweries all within walking distance and various green spaces nearby (Nightingale Valley is a beautiful hidden gem!), we quickly fell in love with all that Briz has to offer. Sandy Park is a great high street, with so many independent businesses thriving there - we love to wander down on a Saturday morning and get a juice from the greengrocers, a coffee from Kin and a loaf of the (best ever!) sourdough from the Deli. Since having our two daughters we can also vouch for the excellent parks nearby, and we love being a part of the supportive and active community of young families in the area. I will be forever grateful for pregnancy yoga at The Langton which is where I met some of my closest pals! "
The home
The current owners have refurbished the house throughout creating a modern and spacious home. Downstairs there is an open plan living room/dining room, with a bay window to the front and inbuilt alcove storage and in the dining room glass doors out to the garden. Down the stairs down to the rear is the kitchen with integrated appliances and breakfast bar which leads to a utility area and loo. Upstairs there are three bedrooms (two doubles and a single bedroom) and a family bathroom.
The outside
The garden has been landscaped, with a patio area for dining, a lawn and raised beds. There is also rear access.
