A WORD FROM THE OWNER....
"We’ve made Springfield Road our home for 5 years. We’ve absolutely loved living here in this beautiful house and we have fantastic neighbours who we’re really going to miss. The house itself is bright, comfy and a great mix of classic and contemporary. We especially like the new loft conversion with loads of natural light and lovely en-suite bathroom. The west facing garden has been the perfect place for entertaining on warm summer evenings with a bbq or pizza night and around the fire pit in the winter.
In this house you’re super close to amazing bakeries like Weirdough and Suba and the beer mile at Blackhorse Road. We’ve got fantastic nurseries and schools on our doorstep and transport into central London and Hackney is really easy.
We’re sad to be leaving the wonderful place that is Walthamstow, as we’re moving back to Nottingham to be close to family.
We hope the new owners will have as many happy years here as we have had."
