As the name suggests, Bridle Path is a wonderfully peaceful and leafy spot — and this immaculately finished two-bedroom apartment fits right in. Set on the second floor and offered chain-free, it’s an ideal home for anyone looking for a calm atmosphere with excellent local connections.
You’re mere moments from the ancient woodlands of Epping Forest, with the vibrant amenities of Highams Park and the station just a short stroll away. Inside, the apartment offers around 630 square feet of bright, well-planned space, and allocated off-street parking is also available.
IF YOU LIVED HERE…
You’ll love how the peaceful neighbourhood enhances the overall sense of space in your new home. Inside, the calm continues thanks to neutral décor, soft textures, and a soothing palette that allows the generous south-facing windows to do all the talking—flooding the rooms with natural light throughout the day.
In the living area, a striking feature wall adds personality and warmth, while the adjoining separate kitchen maintains an open-plan feel, creating the ideal layout for both relaxing and entertaining. The two bedrooms are both well-sized, and the smart, modern bathroom and kitchen come complete with sparkling fittings and contemporary finishes.
Although you’re nestled close enough to Woodford to benefit from that neighbourhood too, Highams Park is your nearest station - a 13 minute stroll away. From there you can nip to Liverpool Street on the Weaver Overground in around 25 minutes (or change at Walthamstow Central for the Victoria line and whizz to the West End).
En route to the station, you’ll spot some excellent amenities, including Vino Tap and The Stag & Lantern Micropub. There’s also the convenience of a Tesco Superstore and other chains should you need essentials.
The neighbourhood is home to a huge amount of greenery, particularly since it’s located at the cusp of the whopping Epping Forest, but Highams Park itself is the jewel in the crown, with its brilliant lake and landscaped gardens.

A WORD FROM THE OWNER...
"I’ve absolutely loved living here. Being right on the edge of Epping Forest is very special and having that view from the window is something I’ll really miss. Despite the peaceful setting, Highams Park and all its cafés, shops and the station are just a 10 minute walk away.
The building is well looked after too, with the car park, internal carpets and perimeter fence all recently upgraded.
Highams Park has a great mix of local spots - Karya and Indulge are my go-tos for coffee, Vino Tap is a lovely wine bar and The Stag & Lantern is a brilliant little micro pub. The Royal Oak is also just five minutes away and does a fantastic Sunday roast.
It’s a warm, friendly community - peaceful, well-connected and a genuinely lovely place to live."
