Dating back to the 17th century, Mor Brook Barn is believed to be one of the earliest barn conversions in the county - a truly exceptional property that combines heritage, charm, and contemporary comfort in equal measure.
Retaining a wealth of original character from exposed timber beams and traditional stonework, there is striking external cedar cladding and hardwood joinery. Inside, the spacious and well-balanced accommodation blends classic and contemporary features creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout. A later extended part of the barn formed a large garage which has been transformed into a large utility/boot room, could be further adapted into a self contained living area if desired with the necessary planning/building control approval.
High ceilings and generous glazing fill the interiors with natural light, enhancing the sense of space and highlighting the thoughtful design. Each room reflects a careful fusion of old and new, with bespoke fittings and quality materials that complement the barn’s historic roots.
