A WORD FROM THE OWNER...
"It's a gem, the nicest house on the street. It’s not overlooked, so it has a light and airy feel. Light floods in from the back of the flat in the morning, and from the front in the afternoon, making it feel bright and welcoming all day long. Lovely neighbours, and a great neighbourhood. We have a wonderful street and still use the WhatsApp group we set up in 2020 daily to keep in touch and help each other out. It’s a 4-minute walk from Blackhorse Road tube station, with a growing selection of local amenities, and just 10 minutes from Walthamstow High Street. The Wetlands and Marshes are a real joy, right on the doorstep, along with great breweries, Forest Wine, Yonder climbing centre, and plenty more opening with the new developments around Blackhorse Road. There’s easy access to Walthamstow, the Village, Lloyd Park, and the Markets, and transport into town is straightforward. Plus, you're just 5 minutes from the A406, 10 minutes from Tottenham Hale, 20 minutes from King’s Cross, and 25 minutes from Liverpool Street. I love everything about this flat and the area so much that we stayed put and bought our house on Pembar."
