"We have loved living in Totterdown with so many amenities quite literally on our doorstep with the bakery and Italian restaurant as firm favourites. There’s a great community which we will really miss, especially having the Art Trail and live music events at the Oxford every year. It is an amazing spot for some lovely walks which has been great for our young family with Victoria Park and Arnos Vale around the corner, perfect with a pit stop at Bocca Bar."
Oxford Street is an attractive residential street in Totterdown, adjacent to the beautiful Victoria Park and just North of Perretts Park. This quiet street has the best of both worlds, with a fantastic array of cafes, restaurants and independent shops on Wells Road, as well as the open green spaces of South Bristol. Places on Wells Road, such as Fox & West, an independent cafe and greengrocers selling a diversity of local produce, Southside Bar and Farrow's Fish & Chips offer some of the best options in the city. Green spaces are in plentiful supply, with Arnos Vale being an idyllic Victorian garden cemetery with the cafe at its heart, the incredible views of Perrett Park, as well as the 50 acres of Victoria Park. Totterdown offers easy access to and from the city, with Bath Road offering an easy link to Bath, the Portway taking you to the M5 and the M32 to the M4 and beyond. Temple Meads Train Station is also a short walk or cycle away, offering connections nationally. Travelling southwards, you find yourself in the Mendips, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
An exceptionally stunning three bedroom mid-terrace on Oxford Street in Totterdown. On entry, you are welcomed into the home with stripped floorboards continuing throughout the ground floor. To the right is a charming lounge with an original fireplace, built-in cupboard and cast iron radiators. Moving through to the tastefully decorated dining room, there are patio doors to the garden. At the end of the hallway is a newly fitted kitchen with neutral cupboards, ceramic sink and oak worktops. Outside, the private garden has been laid to decking and a bomb shelter, useful for storage. The first floor accommodates a master bedroom at the front of the property, spanning the full width of the property with a feature fireplace and original floorboards. Further down the hallway you are met with two further bedrooms and a stylish three-piece suite with a skylight.
