Please note that rent payments for all tenancies are per calendar month, any rent figure quoted as weekly is for comparison purposes only and is usually approximate (˜). Weekly rent figures are calculated by multiplying the monthly rent figure by 12 to get the annual rent figure and then dividing this by 52.
