"We've loved living & working in this light & spacious home. We fell in love with its lovely features - especially the fireplaces. We eat all our meals in the kitchen diner, which is one of our favourite haunts. From my bedroom bay window, in a spare moment, I love to watch the world go by. Kensington Park Road is situated on the south-western side of Brislington, to the south-east of Knowle, in between the Wells and Bath Roads which both provide access to the city through the south-easterly suburbs. The road is made up of mostly substantial Victorian homes. The area is just a short walk to shops and amenities of Sandy Park Road, Wells Road, with Paintworks and Avonmeads Retail Park also a short journey. The popular pub, The Knowle is just a few minutes walk away and has a great beer garden. Just a short distance from the house is the Arnos Court Park, which provides a great area for runners and dog-walkers, for those looking for more of an escape from the city, the proximity of the nearby A37 and A4 allows ease of access to North East Somerset and Chew Valley.
