After approximately 2.5 miles turn left at the sandstone pillars at Blackcraig Castle, past the Lodge House, continue through the impressive archway over the river Ardle and past the Bridge House and continue, bearing right. Bear right uphill until reaching a T junction, and turn right. Crowhill Cottage is the first property reached on the right hand side of the track.
