When we moved to Winnersh, we were completely new to the area. What we liked about living here was that it was really quiet and peaceful. The neighbours are really friendly and the community here is very uniting. As we work out of town, the location worked very well for us as we are close to the M4. The train stations are also down the road. Having a child, we liked the fact that there were local parks nearby that we could take her too like Dinton Pastures Country Park and also Farms nearby with fruit picking and other children's activities. Being in this development, you are away from the main road, so you get that privacy. Also, the local shops are a short drive or walk away. With Reading Town centre and Wokingham High Street for shopping and going out. We will miss living here but as one chapter ends another begins. We hope you enjoy living here as much as we have.
These properties are very popular and arguably the biggest design of two bedroom home you will find within the local area. The lovely open plan kitchen/diner is really the focal point of the home with the vaulted ceiling and vellum windows bringing loads of light in. You also have two really spacious double bedrooms, both of which have built in storage and are well presented. The family bathroom has had some small upgrades by the sellers and the downstairs w.c is really handy.

Hatchwood Mill is really well situated in between Wokingham and Reading towns, offering easy access to both by public transport links and various options for train stations not too far. There are local amenities including Sainsbury's not too far, cinema and various pubs/restaurants all within walking distance. My personal favourite point of this area is the amount of green space that is on your doorstep, there are plenty of local walks and you can quite easily get to Dinton Pastures, just perfect to have so close.
