Unlike timeshare, you will not only have 4 weeks usage each year at Stableford Residence but you will also have a secure, legally documented investment for the future. When you buy at Stableford Residence, your allocation of weeks is determined by you. Unlike many other fractional arrangements, which are conducted on a "dates allocated by lottery" basis, we believe that the customer has the right to choose. If you are unable to use your allocations you will have various options: you will be entitled to let your family or friends use it during your allocated dates, you may wish to "swap" your weeks with other owners at Stableford Residence, you can arrange to rent it out privately yourself, or we will endeavour to rent it for you. These 2 double bed roomed apartments will be fully furnished down to the last tea spoon, and including a quality sofa bed to accomadate those extra guest, all the site maintenance will be carried out for you at £500 per annum (fixed for 2 years) this also includes all the electricity and water costs for the site and apartments.
