“We are self-builders and we had definite ideas regarding the design after seeing the plot. We wanted to take advantage of the lovely setting and fabulous views and we subsequently engaged an architect (Hughes of Newtown) to obtain an individual design. Our most important request was that the house should look and feel as though it belongs, both to the local area and the plot itself,” say the vendors.
